Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Developer with 5+ years of expertise in implementing and customizing CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CPQ tools, specifically in Salesforce CPQ or similar platforms, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CPQ solutions that streamline the sales quoting process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and develop CPQ solutions for complex pricing models, quoting, and discounting structures.
  • Implement and customize Salesforce CPQ (or other CPQ platforms) to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ implementations, including performance, integration, and customization challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CPQ with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
  • Continuously improve CPQ processes to drive efficiency and accuracy in the sales cycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on CPQ-related projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a CPQ Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or other similar CPQ platforms.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development.
  • Experience with integration tools, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Ability to handle complex configuration scenarios and pricing logic.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
  • Salesforce certification (Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Developer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of other CPQ platforms (e.g., Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ) is a plus.
